The new wing has stylish and spacious rooms with a large balcony. The hotel has a well-designed wellness area with convenient entrances and payments via watch. The animation program for children is enjoyable, and there are various pools and play areas. The location is excellent and the hotel offers good value for money.

no annoucement about the running construction (new part of hotel) in time of booking and receiving the room 5-10 meters far from the construction in the same price with any other possibility to change the room in the same level (price dropped BUT after long discussion with the staff ) = Recommended BUT for the future - no such experience for others in this year

Boasting a free private sandy beach, I felt like I was in my own tropical paradise. The crystal clear water and soft sand transported me to a faraway island.

Contrary to the details on the website, the hotel does not have its own sandy beach. There is an area of sand in the park area near the lake side - not quite the same. Also the dinner was a buffet arrangement which I did not expect at a 4* hotel. I was expecting a restaurant with waiter service and an a proper menu.

Everything was excelent, food, wellness, rooms, staff... have only few minuses (read below)

wellnes was open 7-21 but when we came to wellness early morning (7:00) no "attraction" were running ... guy responding for wellness was doing some maintenance and did not turn a bubbles or massage nozzles or jacuzzyi on :( and second minus is for balcony. Room was clean but at the balcony there was so many spider webs. Chambermaid didnt clean it anyway.

We loved the central location of this hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, especially the amazing spa that had multiple saunas and pools of different temperatures. The breakfast and dinner had a limited but healthy selection of foods. The staff was friendly and the animation program for children was a hit.

Everything is what we needed and wanted.

Stylish room with fabulous views, excellent wellness facilities, direct access to Lake Balaton, comfortable bed and bedding, child-friendly with many amenities.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Swimming pools and the park with a little private beach - very relaxing. This is a very modern and very nice hotel probably among the best in the Balaton region. The price is reasonable. Breakfast is excellent (maybe scrambled eggs could be also offered without onions).

Such a big hotel (resort) needs a few more cafes, salons, garden cafes or some other entertainment places (not just billiard and darts), maybe its own boat or little rowing boats for hire etc. a little temporary parking place in front the entrance would be convenient for the first access.

I recently stayed at Hotel Azur for a weekend getaway and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The staff, especially Mr.Tamas Nemeth, was incredibly professional and friendly, ensuring that I had a great impression of the hotel. The junior suite in the premium part was impeccable, with top-notch quality and amenities. The balcony offered a breathtaking view. The dinner at the restaurant in the premium part was a culinary delight, with a diverse and delicious menu. The beach, sunbeds, and spa were all clean and well-maintained. the hotel environment was well-cared for, making my stay truly enjoyable.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel by the beach. The location was perfect, right on the shore with a private beach. The rooms were modern and spacious, and I especially loved the suite with its own sauna and whirlpool. The quality of the cuisine was outstanding, with delicious breakfast and dinner options. The restaurant was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The hotel also had a huge pool area with spa facilities like saunas and whirlpools. The staff was kind and always available to assist. They really made me feel welcome and taken care of. This place is highly recommended, especially for families with children. The animation program kept the kids entertained, and even when the weather wasn't great, we could still enjoy the indoor wellness area.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
